Most of Timonium is detached single-family homes, and a lot of them went up between the 1940s and 1960s. You see it in the ranchers, split-levels, and capes on the quiet streets between York Road and Loch Raven Reservoir. These houses usually have plaster walls and original trim that hasn’t been repainted in years, so a fresh coat changes a room fast.
Closer to the reservoir the lots get bigger and the homes older, and those need solid exterior work to hold up to the weather. Timonium shares the 21093 zip with Lutherville, and we paint both. We’re a Baltimore company, and Timonium is a quick run up I-83, so it’s one of the central Baltimore County areas we work most.

Yes, that's a lot of what we do in Timonium. We prep the plaster, handle any patching, and prime where we need to so old colors don't bleed through. The dated trim and woodwork can be repainted too.
We do. There are townhome and end-unit communities around Timonium, and we paint interiors in all of them. For exteriors on shared walls, we'll tell you upfront what's yours to paint and what the association covers.
Yes, with vinyl-safe paint. That keeps the siding from warping, but it does rule out the very darkest colors, since those absorb too much heat. We'll point you to shades that work.
