Paint Perfection is a Baltimore-based painting company that works across Pikesville, on the older homes near Sudbrook Park and the newer ones out by Quarry Lake. We handle the interior and exterior jobs most homeowners need, and we do the prep and clean-up properly.
Pikesville sits just northwest of Baltimore, off the Beltway, with Reisterstown Road running straight through the middle of it. The housing covers a wide span. There are the postwar brick colonials, the older homes around Sudbrook Park that go back to the 1890s, and the newer construction near Quarry Lake.
A house that’s been sitting under that mature tree canopy for decades needs different prep than a build that went up ten years ago, so we plan each job around what’s actually in front of us. We’re based in the city, so reaching Pikesville up Reisterstown Road or around 695 is a short trip for us.
Much of Pikesville is older, including the Sudbrook Park historic district. Aged plaster and trim need careful prep, and we take the time so the finish holds.
Newer developments like Quarry Lake have their own look, and some set a color range. We paint those too, matching the neighborhood and getting the trim right.

We're based in Baltimore, so Pikesville is a short drive up Reisterstown Road or around the Beltway. We cover all of it, from the Owings Mills side to the streets closer to the city line.
We can, using vinyl-safe paint that won't warp the siding. The one tradeoff is that very dark colors aren't available on vinyl, since they hold too much heat.
We use Sherwin-Williams. We've stuck with it because it holds up better over time than the other lines we've tried.
