Painting in Locust Point, Baltimore MD

Locust Point sits out on a peninsula in South Baltimore, with water on three sides and Fort McHenry at the tip. It grew up as a working port and factory neighborhood, and the housing shows it: compact two-story brick rowhomes, some dating to the 1840s, built for the families who worked the docks and plants. Those homes are tight inside, so careful interior work matters.

The neighborhood has newer options too, from Silo Point’s condos in a converted grain elevator to the townhomes near McHenry Row and Under Armour’s campus. Most of what we do here is interior repaints. Locust Point is only about four miles from downtown, still well inside the city we work in every day.

Older rowhome interiors

Locust Point rowhomes are compact, and many have stayed in the same family for years. We refresh interiors that haven't seen fresh paint in a while.

Silo Point and the newer builds

The neighborhood also has newer places: Silo Point's high-rise condos and the townhomes near McHenry Row. We paint those interiors too, top to bottom.

Licensed & Insured

We carry full licensing and insurance, and Eric is on site running the work. It's his name on the company, so it's his name on the job.

Color help before you commit

Not settled on color? We'll sort it out first. In a compact Locust Point rowhome, lighter tones keep the narrow floors feeling open and bright.

Interior Painting

Walls, ceilings, trim, and whole rooms. Locust Point rowhomes are compact, so tidy interior work matters, and we also paint the newer condos and townhomes.

Exterior Painting

Locust Point runs out along its own peninsula past Federal Hill, one of the South Baltimore neighborhoods we cover, with Canton just across the water.

Cabinet Painting

Refinishing cabinets beats replacing them on cost and turns a kitchen around fast, a good fit for the compact kitchens in these older rowhomes.

FAQs

Definitely. We prep the walls and trim, deal with the wear that builds up over time, and leave the place looking bright again.

We do. Whether it's a high-rise condo or a newer townhome, we handle the full interior.

We do, using a vinyl-safe paint that won't warp, so very dark colors are out. Most rowhomes here are brick or formstone, but newer builds use siding.

Sherwin-Williams, every job. It costs a little more and it lasts, which matters this close to the water.

Yes. Mention it when we come to quote and we'll go over the options.

We do, with a one-year warranty, and the specifics are in your contract.
