We paint a lot of Canton rowhomes, mostly on the inside: walls, trim, ceilings, and stairwells in the neighborhood’s brick houses and waterfront condos. Tell us what you’re redoing and we’ll come take a look.
Canton runs along Baltimore’s southeast waterfront, and most of it is one big historic district, close to 100 blocks of Baltimore-style rowhomes. A lot of them are two- and three-story brick houses with marble steps, plenty already restored inside with open floor plans and exposed brick.
Down along the water, old factory buildings like Tindeco Wharf on Boston Street have been converted into loft apartments, with newer condos and townhomes filling in around them. The crowd here skews young and professional, so homes change hands and get refreshed often, which keeps us busy with interior repaints. Canton sits a couple of miles east of downtown, close and familiar ground for a Baltimore company like ours.
Canton's rowhomes turn over fast with the young-professional crowd. We do quick interior repaints between owners and renters, walls and trim included.
Down by the water, old factory buildings like Tindeco Wharf are now loft apartments. We paint those open interiors, high walls and exposed brick and all.
We're licensed and insured, and Eric runs the job himself. You deal with the owner start to finish, not a scheduler and a stranger.
Not sure on color? We'll help before you commit. In an open rowhome or loft that usually means light, neutral tones that work with exposed brick.
Walls, ceilings, trim, and whole rooms. Most Canton homes are rowhomes and condos, and we handle the quick turnarounds owners and landlords need between residents.
Brick facades, cornices, trim, doors, and roof-deck rails. Rowhome fronts here take weather and city grime, so we clean and prep before we paint.
Refinishing cabinets updates a kitchen for far less than replacing them, which suits the galley kitchens in a lot of Canton rowhomes and condos.
We also paint commercial spaces: offices, storefronts, and common areas, including the shops and restaurants around O’Donnell Square.
As trusted painters in Canton, Baltimore, we transformed this rowhome's faded wood siding into a beautiful, long-lasting finish. The original stain had weathered over time, and the homeowner wanted a solution that wouldn't require re-staining every few years. After properly preparing the surface, we applied a high-quality bonding primer followed by two coats of Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior in Tricorn Black. The result is a durable, low-maintenance finish that will protect the wood and keep this Canton, Baltimore home looking great for years to come.
Paint Perfection is a small, owner-run Baltimore company, and has been since 2020. Eric handles each job from the first walkthrough to the last coat, so you’re working with the owner, not a crew you never met. Canton is right in our backyard, one of the city neighborhoods we’re in most.

This was an easy experience. Eric was responsive, clear, and punctual. The team did a great job and then came back for touch-ups. Place was left clean and work was great.

Eric and his team were fantastic. I reached out after seeing their five‑star reviews, and they truly lived up to them. Eric offered a very fair, reasonable price and even finished the job two weeks early. Everyone on the team was incredibly kind, polite, and easy to work with. The quality of the work was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I’ll definitely be using Paint Perfection again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience with Paint Perfection! I submitted a request for an estimate through their website and Eric got back to me within minutes (over the holidays no less!). Scheduled an estimate appointment for the day after Christmas. He was courteous, professional, and quick. Got the final estimate to me the same day. Quoted me a fair price and had me on the schedule for the following week. Crew came in and did a great job repairing and painting my walls. Would definitely use their services again and recommend them for your painting needs!

Great job and professional team!
Canton is our home turf on Baltimore’s southeast waterfront, and we’re regularly across the harbor in Federal Hill and Locust Point too.
Send over a few details about the space and we’ll set up an estimate.
Yes, that's a big part of our work here. We can turn around an interior repaint, walls and trim, on a tight schedule so a place is ready for the next resident.
We do. Those converted buildings have tall walls, open layouts, and exposed brick, and we're set up to paint that kind of space.
We can, with the right primer and a vinyl-safe paint that won't warp the panels. Most Canton homes are brick, but some rear additions and newer builds use siding.
Sherwin-Williams on every job. It holds up better than the budget lines, and in a city rowhome that gets daily use, that shows.
Yes. Ask when we come out to quote and we'll walk you through the options.
It is, for one year, with the details written into your contract.
