We paint homes across Towson. That covers the brick rowhomes around Rodgers Forge and the older single-family houses in Stoneleigh and West Towson. Tell us what you’re thinking and we’ll come take a look.
Towson is the county seat of Baltimore County, and the housing shows how long the area has been built up. Rodgers Forge alone has around 1,800 brick rowhomes from the 1930s and 1950s, most with plaster walls and original wood trim inside. Stoneleigh and West Towson lean toward single-family Colonials and Cape Cods from the same stretch, with postwar split-levels mixed in.
Two universities sit here too, Towson University and Goucher College, so we get called for rental turnover repaints about as often as owner repaints. Almost all of what we do is residential. Towson sits just north of the Baltimore City line, wrapped by the Beltway with I-83 up its west side, which keeps us close to the rest of northern Baltimore County.
Most Towson rowhomes have natural brick fronts, so exterior work is mostly trim, doors, and porches. The plaster and original woodwork inside need care.
Towson University and Goucher College keep a large rental market around them, and those units get repainted between leases.
Paint Perfection is fully licensed and insured, and Eric, the owner, is on site for the work itself, not just the estimate.
Not sure on color? We'll talk it through first. On a Towson rowhome that means trim and door shades that work next to the neighbors and read on red brick.
Walls, ceilings, trim, and full-room repaints. In Towson’s older homes that usually means working with plaster and original woodwork, and we see a lot of pre-sale repaints given how fast houses move here.
Siding, trim, doors, and porches. On the brick rowhomes that’s mostly trim and woodwork, and on the older wood-sided and split-level homes it’s full exterior work. One recent Towson job used a self-cleaning Sherwin-Williams finish to keep a white exterior low maintenance.
Refinishing cabinets costs a lot less than replacing them, and it updates a kitchen fast. That suits a lot of Towson’s 1930s-to-50s rowhomes and mid-century homes, where the layout is fine but the cabinets are dated.
We also handle commercial work: offices, storefronts, and common areas. If you manage a property or run a business in the area, we can quote that too.
Paint Perfection has been a small, owner-run company out of Baltimore since 2020. Eric runs every job himself, start to finish, so the person who gave you the estimate is the same one on site when the work happens. Towson is one of the areas we cover most, a short drive north of the city for us.

This was an easy experience. Eric was responsive, clear, and punctual. The team did a great job and then came back for touch-ups. Place was left clean and work was great.

Eric and his team were fantastic. I reached out after seeing their five‑star reviews, and they truly lived up to them. Eric offered a very fair, reasonable price and even finished the job two weeks early. Everyone on the team was incredibly kind, polite, and easy to work with. The quality of the work was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I’ll definitely be using Paint Perfection again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience with Paint Perfection! I submitted a request for an estimate through their website and Eric got back to me within minutes (over the holidays no less!). Scheduled an estimate appointment for the day after Christmas. He was courteous, professional, and quick. Got the final estimate to me the same day. Quoted me a fair price and had me on the schedule for the following week. Crew came in and did a great job repairing and painting my walls. Would definitely use their services again and recommend them for your painting needs!

Great job and professional team!
We cover Towson and the surrounding northern Baltimore County area.
Send us a few details about the space and we’ll line up an estimate.
On most Towson rowhomes the brick is left natural, so we paint the trim, doors, porch ceilings, and any wood detail. We can paint the brick itself if you want a different look, but it's a long commitment since painted brick has to be maintained, so we'll talk that through before you decide.
Yes. We do this a lot for landlords and for parents who own a place their student lives in. Tell us the turnover date and we'll fit the repaint and any wall repairs into the gap between leases.
We can. We use a vinyl-safe paint so the siding doesn't warp, which does rule out the very dark colors. Some of Towson's split-levels and later additions have vinyl, so this comes up fairly often.
Sherwin-Williams, on every job. We've stuck with it because it holds up better over time than the other lines we've tried.
We do. Ask us when we come out and we'll walk you through the options.
Yes. There's a one-year warranty on our work, and the full details are written into your contract.
